The Alejandro O. Cua Architectural Design started with a vision of providing excellent, complete Architectural Design Services which respond to the client’s aesthetic, functional and budgetary requirements. Hence, in May 1985, a small office was established on a 20 sq.m. bedroom space in San Juan and eventually moved to Downtown Center Building located at 516 Quintin Paredes Street, Binondo, Manila in August of the same year. After more than 13 yrs of existence, the company sense the need of a bigger space with the growing number of large scale projects coming in, the company now hold office at its new address Unit 612 Future Point Plaza 1, 112 Panay Ave., South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Initially, the company undertook some renovation projects, and slowly inched its way into space planning, interior design and design consultancy. Now after more than a decade of fulfilling existence, the company formed by its principal architect Alejandro Cua together with his team of dynamic architects, brilliant engineers and consultants is proud to have take part in the establishment of some prominent structure in the country.

The projects were of varying kinds from comfortable residences and rest houses to commercial, industrial, institutional and even medium rise structures. To name a few, the company was part of the design of hotel Corporate Inn Manila, Orient Banking Corporation, Hapee Toothpaste Printing and Tube Factory, Maunlad Canning Corporation (Youngstown Sardines), Tong Yang Hot Pot Restaurant Chain, Flaming Hot Food Chain and even the Evangelical Church of San Pablo and Association of Philippine Volunteer Fire Brigades Inc. Headquarter.
